This was a 0.582 acre site selected at the corner of McKelvey & St. Charles Rock Rd. to include the site construction and a brand new Chipotle stand-alone restaurant. Clayton Engineering was selected to provide the construction staking for the redevelopment, as well as provide the MSD As-Builts after project completion.
