Commercial & Industrial

Projects in this area include shopping centers, grocery stores, office parks, industrial complexes, freight/shipping centers, railway projects and hotels for both regional developments and individual sites throughout multiple Midwest states.

In addition to the site development activities that accompany these projects (surveying, grading design, storm and sanitary design, roadway/transportation design), major improvements to offsite infrastructure are often required. Improvements may include railroad realignments, highway interchanges, waterway channelization and design.

Clayton Engineering’s extensive experience in these areas give us the ability to handle the technical as well as regulatory requirements to accomplish the tasks both confidently and efficiently. Through experience and expertise, our goal is to continually exceed client satisfaction and expectations.
