Since 2007, Clayton Engineering has been working on the civil engineering and surveying for the development of Aviator Business Park. With the completion of buildings on Lot 2, 5 and 6, the 155-acre site has been transformed into a bustling center for logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing. These three buildings alone are roughly 400,000 square feet of brand new business space, generating much need revenue and jobs for the area. Clayton Engineering has been involved every step of the way, providing the Boundary Surveying, Platting and subdivision work, Civil development plan and construction plans for each of these properties, as well as the construction staking.
The business park project has been 15 years in the making, with Clayton Engineering being just one part of a large team dedicated to excellence throughout the entire process. These buildings total in the ballpark of 4 million square feet of new, state-of-the-art Office/Distribution/Shipping/Warehouse space, and it will continue to be a huge impact to the St. Louis and surrounding region economies for many years to come at the corner of Hwy 270 & Lindbergh Boulevard.
