Occasionally, our sites are adjacent to odd shaped Right of Way to a highway or roadway. Acquiring that Right of Way may not be out of the question, but often the issue is the permissions and releases from any of the utilities that have services installed, because if the land transfers into private property, those utilities will likely need to be relocated or in easements.
